Comprehensive Measurement and Regional Imbalance of China’s Green Development Performance

This study adopted the two-stage super-efficiency network slack-based model (SBM) to measure green development performance index (GDPI) of 30 provinces in China. The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition was used analyze regional differences and their sources China’s performance. results are as follows: first, showed a declining trend from 1997 2017. improvement environmental governance efficiency key achieving progress. levels coastal areas were significantly higher than those inland provinces.
